Bookings for MOTs, servicing, repairs, or tyre fitting can be made by phone, email, or via our website. We will confirm your appointment and make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed timeframe, though timescales may vary due to parts availability or unforeseen issues found during work.

Prices quoted are correct at the time of booking but may be subject to change if additional work is identified once your vehicle is inspected. We will always contact you before carrying out any extra work beyond what was originally agreed. Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

Used vehicles listed for sale are described to the best of our knowledge and, where applicable, sold in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We recommend buyers inspect and, where possible, test drive any vehicle before purchase.

Work carried out is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a reasonable period following completion. We are not liable for pre-existing faults not identified as part of the agreed work, or for issues arising from normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
